Dr. Kelly Saporito, DVM
It was the lure of the bright sun and warm weather that initially brought Kelly Saporito, DVM to South Florida from upstate NY after graduating from Cornell University in 2007 with her DVM degree. After completing a 13-month Small Animal Rotating Internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital, Dr. Saporito moved to Plantation Florida, where she worked at a busy practice. In 2011, she founded Coco-Park Animal Hospital with a family atmosphere in mind. Dr. Saporito’s vision is to provide her clients and patients with excellent quality care in the kind of place where everyone knows your name and you instantly feel warm and welcome! Dr. Saporito and her staff truly love what they do, and would love to meet you and your furry family member, but would love even more to create that bond that will last for years! Dr. Saporito lives in Boca Raton with her fiancé and daughter, adopted dogs – Brin, Brian and Mia – and cat named Baby Kitty. Dr. Saporito enjoys horseback riding, yoga, bike riding and working out in her free time.

She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a Bachelors of Animal Science in 2001 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She completed an internship on the East Coast before moving to South Florida in 2015. Her professional interests include companion animal wellness care as well as emergency medicine and surgery.
