Our Doctors

Dr. Kelly Saporito, DVM

It was the lure of the bright sun and warm weather that initially brought Kelly Saporito, DVM to South Florida from upstate NY after graduating from Cornell University in 2007 with her DVM degree.  After completing a 13-month Small Animal Rotating Internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital, Dr. Saporito moved to Plantation Florida, where she worked at a busy practice.  In 2011, she founded Coco-Park Animal Hospital with a family atmosphere in mind.  Dr. Saporito’s vision is to provide her clients and patients with excellent quality care in the kind of place where everyone knows your name and you instantly feel warm and welcome!  Dr. Saporito and her staff truly love what they do, and would love to meet you and your furry family member, but would love even more to create that bond that will last for years!  Dr. Saporito lives in Boca Raton with her fiancé and daughter, 3 adopted dogs named Brin, Brian and Mia, and 1 cat named Baby Kitty.  Dr. Saporito enjoys horseback riding, yoga, bike riding and working out in her free time.

Dr. Mary Danley, DVM

Dr. Danley was raised in San Diego and obtained her undergraduate degree in Evolution, Behavior, and Ecology Biology from the University of California in San Diego.  She graduated from veterinary school from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, where she worked with local wildlife and domestic species.

Before moving to Florida in 2018, Dr. Danley practiced in Washington State for 7 years initially with equines and production animals and then with dogs and cats.  She later went on to work in 24-hour ER hospitals.

Dr. Stacy Furgang, DVM

Dr. Furgang always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian.  As a small child, she cared for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, horses, birds, small rodents, and reptiles, as well as the occasional injured or stray animal.  She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a Bachelors of Animal Science in 2001 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  She completed an internship on the East Coast before moving to South Florida in 2015.  Her professional interests include companion animal wellness care as well as emergency medicine and surgery.

Dr. Furgang has been working at Coco-Park Animal Hospital on Saturdays for the past few years and will now be here on Wednesdays as well.
